Backup Exec 12.5 error 1067 installing SQL Express

I try to install BackupExec 12.5 and I get an error 1067 everytime the installation process gets to installing SQL Server Express. "V-225-53:ERROR:Failed to install SQL Express BKUPEXEC instance with error 1067. I am running Windows 2008 SBS 64bit....
