Backup exec will only run one job at a time even though TL 4000 has two drives

Thanks for anyone who takes the time to read this.  We have a Dell PowerVault TL4000 tape backup server.  We have backup exec 11d.  In the past, 2 jobs were able to run at once as the TL4000 has two drives.  Now, it will only run one job at a time.  ...
