by virtual node you mean the cluster application name correct? yes this is where the drive letter is missing, depending on which physical server node is active.

of course!, i restarted the BE services first, it didn't change anything and then i restarted the whole server. i still cannot see the drive

OK i did what you said, i make sure that RAWS is correctly installed, running and they are publishing to the media server. still though, though the same thing happens, i can see physical nodes but not the drive letter. Firewall is disabled completely...

there is no actual error since there is no job! my problem is that when i go to select the Drive i cannot see it! thats my problem, i can see only shares.
