This is a bit of a long post.
On April 26th I upgraded my wonderfully functioning 12.5 Backup Exec Server to 2010, now it is broken.
I opened a ticket with Symantec a week ago, I have spoken with two techs, and still my issue is not resolved.

I just rebooted the server, error pops up when I log in.:
