Having issues with some users as EV icons do not appear in OWA. Once an archived email is open - it does not open and shows @65.
Most of the users - it is working fine.
For all the users - EV works fine from Outlook.

All these users have been working fine before. Only a week ago they started having this issue appearing. These users are from two different stores - for these two stores all other users are working fine.
