We tried running the debug window open, while doing the restore that fails. I have compressed the file and attached it to this post. Hope it helps.

Sorry it took so long - When you want us to enable debugging, where is that exactly in the backup program? Is it under Tools and Support Utilites? Is it the "Run the Debug Monitor for active debugging"? If yes, what do you want me to collect?
