Actually we need to implement one of them on our company, it is hard to choose between them. Incas we are using One operating system only (windows) and we are not planning to use UNIX or any other OS what do you recommend !? Thanks

The problem solved, the cluster group Quorum Disk (Disk Q) was on the other node from the node i was traying to take backup from it. cluster group Quorum Disk (Disk Q) was on Node1 while i was taking backup fron Node2 Regards

NO this is not the problem in my case, as all services are up and DB group in the cluster is online and on the same node which am traying to take the backup from it.
