Exchange mailbox backups failed with status 71 after updating MS security patch(win 2008 os/exchange ser 2007/netbackup 6.5.3

Hi, After applying the patches backup started failing for exchange mailboxes. WITH STATUS 71    patches that where being applied are : KB979482, KB980195, KB982381, KB980218, KB979559 Any workaround for this? Thanks in advance.
