What is the process or task that runs to delete a file that has reached its retention policy expiry date? What time does this happen and can this be controlled?   Enterprise Vault 9

Hi Folks After I have archived some files, I get a little grey X icon on the file indicating that it is archived. I thought it was supposed to be a black clock icon. Is grey the new black?
