thanks alot glee and gaurav online status in vxdisk -e list ===> checking of the disk in searching for particular disk IDs is enabled,it can be turned offline by the command that gaurav gave

i removed the mirrordisk and reinitialised it how come rootdg knows about mirror disk still when i removed it from rootdg and added to datadg
