Automatic Inventory?

I have a support call from a user in Vietnam who has reported that their Backup Exec 2010 no longer automatically runs an Inventory when a tape is inserted to the drive. I am not familliar with Backup Exec, is this possible?

That's my conclusion, so far, I have only found references to configuring BEMCMD to run a batch file prior to the job.
