Clients status under Management Solution shows as "Not Reporting"

I am using Management solution and when checked the status of my clients under Manager task all the computer shows as "Not Reporting" Tried Resetting the agent, still does not work. Please suggest something..... Thanks in Advance

Can someone help me reading the content of the iv2i iamge only. As when loaded in recovery point browser, it gives all the data backed up till the incremental was taken, so its very hard to see what was backed up inthe very particular iv2i iamge. Als...
