Do we have some ready made batch files available on EV server or download location
which can be used to put it in backup mode and second to remove it from backup mode.
Backup status and history are not updating in DLO console.
having this issue only for 2-3 users with win 7 woring for other users..
backups are working fine..can see in restore
Is there a known issue with EV 9.02 incremental backups getting hung using backup exec 2010R3,
When I restart EV service and try backup again it works 1-2 times after that.
(full backups work fine)

Do you had DB consistency check enabled during the backups
(you check see that in the backup job properties, SQL option)
Even though restore says it failed, database 'Drive3' would have still restored and mounted

Logged in to other machine with same user and it worked
logged in to this machine with differnent user and it worked
deleted \re-created user profile..and it worked with new profile
