Thanks Marianne for the response. Removable Storage Service is already disabled. I have added verbose in vm.conf. Tape Drive is using the below driver: Driver Provider: Symantec Corporation Driver Date: 1/12/2007 Driver Version: 5.1.25.0

The windowsAplication Event log too shows some errors like below emmlib_UpdateDriveRuntime failed, status=258 TLD(0) [4384] timed out after waiting 855 seconds for ready, drive 1
