9.02 Running storage expiry in report mode we lost quite a bit of shortcuts in over 1000 mailboxes. I spoke with support so far they found this article.

Getting these errors everytime we file system archiving. In the file system archiving reports it shows ARCHIVE *** Error *** - Exception from HRESULT: 0x800A0CC1, after every file that it tries to archive.

We just upgraded to Enterprise Vault 9.01 from 8.04. We also built a couple of exchange 2010 servers for pilot. Is there any documentation on how to get those servers ready for archiving? How about coexistance with Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2010?...
Please help...We are in the middle of trying to upgrade Enterprise Vault from 8.04 to 9.01 and the vault store databases will not upgrade. We get the errors below. We were able to upgrade only the directory database and one of the 5 vaultstore data...
Thanks RahulG. There are a lot of mailboxes that will need to be fixed. This all seems so manual for the amount of mailboxes that we need to touch. Do you know of any third party tools that could be used?
We are experiencing the same problems. We needed to stay on Outlook 2007 for our Exchange 2010 migration, however we are having to roll back to Outlook 2003 and postpone our migrations because the tasks are failing.
Any word on a fix?
We have a ticket opened with Symantec. Sent dtrace and event logs last Friday. No word yet.
