HELP .... We are running EV version 8.0.3.1845 but have a users mailbox that will not automatically archive.... you can manually archive but even this does something strange... it copies the mail and then you get the pending archive icon on the other...

Most of the site are in the same Exchange mailbox policy and when they manually archive a mail it changes the icon of that mail and doesn't copy the mail .... am I looking at the right policy as can't see anything about message class ??? Yep we have ...
