Retention Period is for 1month on Diffs and Full. 1 Year for monthly. I added Diffs after I had created the policy.

The problem is not in the duplication, but in the backup itself. One media server is doing all the backups. I don't know if we are using the Network Optimized Duplication feature or not. Where in NBU do I check that?

Well tryed the load balancing and seems I am getting the same results. Should I stop and start services or even reboot the server so that changes take full effect??
