BIOGRAPHY
I've been in the IT industry since the late 90s. I worked for Symantec's NetBackup support organization from July 2006 - August 2012. I currently work as a Senior Remote Product Specialist for NetBackup in the Heathrow, Florida office and live in Orlando.
