At some point our barcode rules were incorrect so we wound up with a lot of tapes incorrectly labeled.
We have since corrected that issue and any tape that was still in the scratch pool has also been corrected.

Thank you, that was what I thought.
Tested with the exact same system with more space allocated to C: to bring it up to 20GB (from the ~13GB it had), and sure enough it restored without issue.
Attached is the current log for the 2nd client which I already had in place, I've created log directories for the other client so we can check tonight.
I opened port 1556 as suggested on both clients and loaded host properties, and ran a full backup....
So I ran one of the backups with the BPCD log on, and found the following (which wasn't in the bptestbpcd results one):
