My backup person has a ticket open with Symantec, but I have not heard anythign back. I will certainly post when I get this resolved.

Well, there lies my issue, I cannot get anything but the error above when I hit apply. I was using sa at first, then went with SQL and Windows accounts, all of which have sysadmin role.

I did use sa at first, only went to a specific account while troubleshooting.
