Hi,   When logging a Support Case at mysupport.symantec.com and, need more then 5 Minutes to fill out the form, then press on Submit at the URL "https://mysupport.symantec.com/submitcasedeflection.html" I'm getting an JBoss exeption from the Webserve...

Timeout for Creating a Support Case

I wonder what the current timeout value on Symc Website is when creating a Support Ticket? Appearently it seems to be less than 5 minutes, because if I need longer then I get this attached error message.
