I do have the logs set to truncate. I would love to get an answer, I haven't had the best luck with Symantec support as far as getting why.....answered with any scenario I have presented, so I was hoping a group of my peers would be able to help.

Yes, the drive appears in Windows Device Manager, under disk drives. I am also having an issue where the RDX disk being ejected after the previous nights backup is causing the B2D job to go offline.
