Hi Neetu, Has the issue been fixed. We did have the same problem now and working on the RCA for it. The site admin had to reboot to fix the issue during weekend. Let us know if you had fixed it !!

You dont need the tapes in the library to freeze them. You can freeze the assigned tapes even when they are not in the library and your EMM DB gets updated.
