VJware, I was able to see the offending file path in the log and corrected it in the registry. Now the system state backup was successful. Thanks for your help! Bob

CraigV, Turning off alerts for job status is not a solution here. Obviously I need to know what the jobs did. And, that's the issue, when it says "completed with exceptions", that tells me something is wrong when in fact it's not. Thanks, Bob
