No manual backups are running , all the require services are up

Manual as well as schedule backup are running on master server (version 7.1) OS solaris 10. All services are up on master/media.

Error 42 : Client Win2008 R2

System state backup stream is failing with error 42 Rest streams are completing successfuly. Client:  Window 2008 R2 NBU: 6.5.4 Master : Solaris 10 NBU: 6.5.5 I know the backup should complete partially.
