I've had this issue before, so I guess it is common in Backup Exec for services not to start. My question is, should I just uninstall Backup Exec and Reinstall it all over, because just reinstalling the database isn't working.

I'm trying to restore an entire 'Folder'. When the restore finish, the only thing restored is the 'Folder' no content (files). Has anyone had this is before? I need all the information I can.

Yes, basically delete backup sets off the disk drive. I can do it manually, but I'm use to Commvault......where I can schedule a policy to purge data after a certain retention period has been reached. I don't that option in Backup Exec.
