my catalog jobs normally take around 3 hours to complete.
in the last few days they are taking in excess of 24hours.
version is 2010r3
restarting the LT04 Tape drive; Windows Server makes no difference.

Is it possible to restore archived files e.g. .PDF to another folder or Server location as opposed to the original

Just had another thought
Currently we run Exchange 2007 sp3 RU18
Do i need to upgrade my Exchange to 2013 or higher before I upgrade EV to v12.
Also I have a few clients running Outlook 2007. Is that supported in EV12 and Exchange 2013

The situation is now resolved and appeared to be caused by an EV task running in the background when it should of been running out of business hours
