Dr Billie Bachra has travelled across the globe and trained 1000's of students in technical courses over the last 19 years. As a senior instructor at VERITAS/Symantec from 2000- 2012 she delivered VERITAS Volume Manager, VERITAS Cluster Server, Foundation Suite and NetBackup training and was the SME for High Availability and Foundation Suite in EMEA. In 2006 as a Prinicpal Course Developer she took on the responsibility of designing and creating courses for Enterprise Vault, which she also delivered to customers, internal partners and consultants. She has a passion for learning and understanding how people learn and is strong advocate of Blended Learning. Billie is now Director of Training at Adept-tec and is responsible for the development of a set of hands-on project based workshops that are designed to teach students how to manage their own Enterprise Vault environment. She is happiest teaching advanced courses in hot countries - Dubai being one of her favorite destinations - nothing to do with the amazing shopping!
