Backup Failure

Added a new Quantum DLV VS160 tape drive. Tried with QUantum and Veritas drivers. Get same result. Finishes backup and ejects tape and then appears to restart the backup. Log states that job was 'Canceled by service shutdown'. Using Adaptec 29160...
