The client OS is 'Windows 2003'. Its an old setup and they have taken backup of the same client on last month also. As per my knowledge no other changes has been done.

OS level of boot server : Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.5,boot image is creating on same server. As per compatability list, Red Hat 5 (x64) is compatable with Netbackup 7.0. Then Redhat 5.5 also supported NB 7.0?
