UPgrading OS and not cluster software

I have a 3 node cluster made up of HP rp2470's runn VCS 3.5. I want to upgrade the OS to 11i v1, but stay at VCS3.5. Has anyone done this? Could you give me the high level steps for accomplishing this? Thanks

I am planning to upgrade my NBU 4.5 FP 3 installation to 5.1.I have 1 master and 4 media servers using an STK 9710 library with dlt7000 drives. I currently have ACSLS 6.01 running to control the library. Anyone else using ACSLS 6.0.1 wiht NBU 5.1? ...
