How to change the date format in Archive Explorer

Hi, Is there a way to change the Archive Explorer display date format from long date to short dd/mm/yyyy ?   Server : Windows 2008R2 x64 / EV 10.0.4  Client : Windows 8.1 / Outllok 2010   Thanks.
