The previous case was closed. We opened a new case but the response from symantec support is that they will only help with break fix issue and not with any query as it is not under scope of support.Instead, they asked us to contact symantec partner.

It happens sometimes. We use enterprise vault 10.0 and Backup is Commvault. We use CTRL M script to set EV in backup mode and clear backup mode post backup. It seems there is some issue in CTRL M scripts.
