Everything I am finding on netbackup email notification is how to set it up or issues with it not working.
What I would like to find out is how to stop or disable the notifications.

GRT allows restores of individual email items. Is it possible to do the same for a users contacts?
If not, how would one restore contacts for a user?

Turns out that the currently used media server had to be added to the following registry key on the CAS servers. This media server had been added to the environment since the last restore of any item had been performed.

I have not been able to re-visit this with the admin. However, on another case, there was a CAS server that was not in the Exchange policy or configured for GRT and the associated authentication for NBU. Not sure if this is related or not....
