I turned on Logging - and it seems to be working now. I turned off logging and it is still working. I'm not sure I understand, but it is working now!

I am using Symantec Endpoint Protection on both machines (version 12.1.1101.401 RU1 MP1) --- and even tried disbling this software without any success.

I tried the recommendation in TECH202649 and this did not help. I tried compatibility mode with every operating system since window 2000 without any success. Any other ideas?
