I need some on help to fix issue in the media related. In the scratch pool haveI have enough tapes loaded and most of tapes shows below mesg.
"requested media id is not assigned to this host in the EMM database"

I have deleted all fles under /dev/rmt* and then ran devfadm -Cv as per your suggestion then reconfigured, still facing same problem.. 4th drive can't configure.
Now the 4th drive have different serial number (MXP1015LKY) and not the above one.
It's not a duplicate and its a typo. Actually its mimatching the serial number
'scan -changer output as below
root@riuxadmin # scan -changer
