As after each upgrade, it's adviced to upgrade remote agents.
As after each upgrade, it's required to restart servers...
Is this really mandatory? No way to just restart remote agent service...

Sometimes, during virtual Backup of Vsphere 5.1 virtual machines, Backup Server just freeze and stop responding.

Stayed to Backup Exec just for this instead of switching to Veeam or something else, despite the Backup Exec 2012 Disaster and all the bugs I encountered...
