the following error was returned when open exchange database -1018 there is checksum error on database page

Hi Everyone, i am trying to take full backup to  my exchange server 2010 sp2, i am facing some error the job not complete , i have backup exec 15 just installled and run backup .   i hope find someone help me.      Thanks
