Can anybody tell if I can have the same windows remote agent installed on a resource when I'm switching from a 32-bit 12.5 SP3 media server to a 64-bit 12.5 SP3 media server? Or do I have to re-push the remote agent from the new 64-bit media server? ...

Sorry, I haven´t updated this one. Our workaround on this one is to convert the VM template in vSphere to a virtual machine and then run Vm backup from backupexec. And after backup convert it back to a template. /Magnus

Many Thanks Hamzaoui, The solution was to change the default Backup Exec logon account to the new one under Network > logon Accounts. Mark the account and hit button "Set as default" Solved, nice :)

That article is for BE 8.6 and earlier versions.In BE 9.1 you can use script in restore operations. But the question is if you can restore selected files with or without the JOBHISTORY_GUID.RegardsMagnus
