I'm using the same credentials and it fails on sixth server. It's a new setup/license but fail at making a trust and connection.

I thought I had removed a server from my list. It no longer exists in our network. For some reason after I deleted it it reappeared.

OK, I need to open a ticket on this. Taking to long to fix. Can someone provide me a url to open a support ticket. What I do not understand is why I have 5 others working and this one fails?

Craig, Port 10000 is listening on both ends, AV is not an issue. Not sure what BESA is? pkh, IPv6 is disables at both ends also.

The "Agent for Windows" A1322------ # 3 on the list, isn't that the agent I need? Thats from the slf file I downloaded.

Now everytime I select the new license from "Import Symantec License File", I get, "The serial number that you entered is already registered." See attached doc. Also if this helps, I entered the new serial number and get this message back; ERROR ...
