hi backup -exec

I used backup exec 2010 v 13.0 dlo v 3.1 I Dlo 342B 44a can't backup open pst file (not use exchange) I found this msg ( retry) I can't find vss method for doing pst backup with dlo . Are there any that knows how to solve this ?
