Hi VJware, The Windows agent is able to connect by MMS, but on CASO , it always show conection not established. I tried your suggestion to remove the cert on Windows agent at \Program Files\Symantec\Backup exec\Data , then publish from MMS or CASO ...

We have checked that agent is able to telnet MMS 10000 and can ping and resolve the IP. Any other idea? Thanks

Hi VJware, From store selection. The story is user deleted the folder, but we still can see this folder in the latest backup, but the icon was changed like the picture I attached.

Thanks VJware. So glad to have such an expert like you helping us. Can you explain more why BE cannot support this DB type? Because of the DB structure? After use it's own DB utilities to dump the DB to file, then BE back up the dump file like norm...
