Thanks Chris! Uninstalling the FastPictureViewer has solved the problem. I can startup the wizard now.

The wizard did not start at all. The error massage directly appears afther trying to start the wizard. I also have tried different ways of starting the wizard, within the SSR program or direct but all gave the same result.

Thanks Chris. The R3 was a typo which should be R2. The full version details are: Symamtec System Recovery 2013 R2 version: 11.1.2.54477 Windows version: Windows 7 ultimate SP1 (64bit) See the screenshot of the error message in the attachment.
