SSR 2013 Error: E7D1000E "Unable to open '/WINDOWS/system32/config/SYSTEM'. It does not exist." when restoring v2i files.

I used SSR 2013 to backup an existing laptop. I am trying to image a new workstation with those .v2i files and getting the error message above. Any assistance is appreciated.
