BIOGRAPHY

Involved in data protection since 1991. Experiences gained with various roles in technical support, customer service, development, quality assurance, management, social media, program management, and user experience (design & research), product management, Chief of Staff. My experience with data protection started with backing data up to 3.5"​ floppies and QIC-80 tape drives. By today’s standards, those formats seem extinct. I have enjoyed a front-row seat look at the explosion of data and the emergence of new technologies used to protect it. I have a strong desire to solve problems and help when/where I can. I have a servant leadership philosophy with a strong passionate for customer experience improvements, brand loyalty, ESG/Employee Resource Group advocacy.
