I manually triggered a frequency based backup for one client out of its window after this I'm getting 196 client backup was not attempted because backup window closed error everyday. How shall i fix this?

5220 Netbackup Appliance upgrade to 2.6.1.2

HiMy appliance version is 2.6.0.3 and the netbackup version is 7.6.0.3.I got the appliance upgrade guide for 5220 Appliance to go to 2.6.1.2, but I'm not sure how can I upgrade the netbackup verison on it.
