VSR 16 FT installs fails

Hello,I am trying to install VSR 16 Free Trial on windows 10 (HE).I unzipped the file. Click Browser.Exe, "Install Now", and during the "Downloading installation" phase it quits abruptly.What's wrong ? What can I do about it ?
