BIOGRAPHY

Todd Hauschildt is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Veritas. In this role, he is responsible for leading the Information Technology function for Veritas, including its infrastructure, systems, processes, and security. Previously, Hauschildt has led large-scale transformations within IT and other business functions that include order fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and HR. He has led major transformations, system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, and transactions that involved thousands of employees and all business functions. Prior to Veritas, Hauschildt was the Chief Information Officer for CRC Health Group, the largest provider of behavioral health care services in the U.S. focused on helping families in need. In this role, he led the transformation of their IT function to become a true business partner and enable the growth of their business units. Before joining CRC Health Group, he was Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Indirect Procurement and facilities of Verigy, a company that was separated from Agilent where he held a number of IT roles. When Agilent itself was spun off from Hewlett-Packard, where he began his career, he was responsible for separating and standing up all of Agilent's IT functions, applications, and infrastructure. Hauschildt holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Finance from California State University, Chico, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
