Using Backup Exec 12.5, when trying to restore a file, the Job Status hangs on "Queued" It will momentarily switch to "Loading Media" but switches back and forth to "Queued" Is there a fix for this?
Hi Craig,Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate the help.I have not seen that there is a hardware issue. I've tried restarting and power cycling it and I get no prompts that there might be an error. Is there anything else I can do to find out?
