Tried the Basic version as Multilingual failed, just a test.Solved problem.Once unblocked, turned off Norton Security and installed without a glitch.

Thanks, tried that but same problem with v18 multilingual, the v18 basic starts to load install but comes up with error stating it doesn’t support windows 8 or 10 amongst others.

I think you are correct, but this is what downloads from my account, frankly I've given up and upgraded to the version 16. But thanks for helping.

The product has previously worked on this Win 10 machine so assume it is the R2 version, originally purchased March 2013.Tried running the patch but it says it can not be run on this machine, contact customer support.
